We ship exclusively within the United States and offer the following delivery methods:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and selected shipping method.
Local Pickup & Delivery
We offer local pickup and delivery for customers in the Detroit and Metro-Detroit area. Details and availability will be presented at checkout. Please allow us adequate time to prepare your order before pickup.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Delivery timeframes begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your gift every step of the way.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at Bunny@GiftBoxDetroit.com or 313-241-0466. We'll work with you to make it right.
